Returns & Exchanges
Each piece is entirely handcrafted in our Montmartre atelier, either as a limited edition or a one-of-a-kind creation.
As our jewelry is made with exceptional care and artisanal precision, we accept returns within 14 days, in accordance with French and EU consumer law (right of withdrawal), from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Custom, engraved, personalized items or pieces made to a specific size cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a defective item or a shipping error.
Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos attached.
We will cover the return shipping cost and proceed with a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned item.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on your institution.
Shipping incidents (Colissimo / La Poste)
All shipments are made via Colissimo (La Poste) with tracking and insurance.
In rare cases of loss or delay, refunds follow Colissimo’s official investigation and compensation process.
Please note that no refund can be issued while the carrier’s investigation is ongoing, as compensation depends on the outcome.
This process may take up to one month from the start of the carrier’s inquiry.
Once Colissimo confirms the resolution and compensation, the refund will be issued promptly.
We will keep you informed at each stage until the case is fully closed.
Delivery delays
Once shipped via Colissimo (La Poste), parcels are handled by the local postal service of the destination country (for orders outside France).
Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or local postal operations.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs procedures.
In case of an unusual delay, we will open an inquiry with Colissimo and support our clients until the issue is fully resolved.
Our priority is to ensure that each order arrives safely and in the best possible conditions.
Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
