All orders are shipped from our atelier in Paris, France, via Colissimo (La Poste) — insured and with tracking.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation (excluding weekends and French public holidays).

Delivery Time (estimated)

  • France: 2–4 business days

  • European Union: 3–8 business days

  • UK: 5–10 business days

  • International: 5–18 business days

    (Delivery times vary by destination country and customs processing.)

Insurance and Tracking

All shipments include insurance and tracking.

In the event of loss or delay, refund processing follows Colissimo’s official investigation procedure, which may take up to one month from the start of the inquiry.

Refunds cannot be issued before the carrier’s investigation is completed.

Customs and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
